1. Data controller

The site is operated pseudonymously under the name “Miss Fuego”. For any request regarding your personal data, or to exercise your GDPR rights, you can write to: missfuego@proton.me.

2. Data we collect

We only collect what we need to run the site and reply to you:

• Navigation data (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed), processed in aggregated, pseudonymised form by the analytics tool and only with your consent.
• Data you provide voluntarily when you contact us via the form, Telegram, WhatsApp or email (e.g. name or nickname, contact detail, message).
• Data entered in the booking form to arrange sessions and events.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use two categories:

• Necessary cookies (always on): essential for the site to work and to remember your privacy and age choices. They require no consent and do not profile you.
• Analytics / statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4): help us understand how the site is used, in aggregate. They are enabled only after your consent, via Google Consent Mode; until you consent, Google stores no analytics cookies on your device.

4. Managing cookie consent

On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept, reject, or choose in detail which cookies to enable. You can change your mind at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. Rejecting analytics cookies does not limit access to the content.

5. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the site and answering your requests — legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest.
• Usage statistics via analytics cookies — legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), withdrawable at any time.
• Legal obligations — legal basis: compliance with the law.

6. Third-party services

Some external services may process data on their own behalf. Please refer to their privacy policies:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland/LLC) — usage statistics.
• Contact-form and booking-widget platform — delivering your requests.
• Payment providers for tributes (e.g. PayPal, Throne, Revolut) — handled directly on their own sites when you click through.
• Links to external social and messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.), subject to their own policies.

7. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Union. Where this happens, the transfer relies on adequate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Statistical data is retained in aggregate under Google Analytics' terms; messages you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.

9. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to missfuego@proton.me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

10. Minors

The site contains content intended exclusively for an adult audience and is reserved for people aged 18 or over. Age confirmation is required on entry. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

This policy may be updated over time. Material changes will be flagged on this page, with the date at the top updated accordingly.
